Kyle Rittenhouse has not been convicted of anything. He has only been charged. The circumstances of the incident may actually support lawful self-defense.

Whatever the reason, it was not linked to any movement; the shots were fired out of fear for personal safety. Whether the threat perceived by Rittenhouse was sufficiently imminent and credible will have to be determined by the real courts, not the kangaroo court of public opinion.

James Fields was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. I am not aware of a single mainstream group that supported his actions.

Should Joe Biden win the presidential election, Donald Trump's powers as President end at noon on January 20, 2021. See the Twentieth Amendment, ratified and effective in 1933. Trump then becomes a regular citizen and subject to the same laws as everyone else. He can be forcibly removed from the White House and arrested for trespass, if needs be.
