After 20 hours of deliberation, a jury in Kenosha, Wisconsin found that Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense when he shot three people, killing two.

The jury acquitted Rittenhouse on all five counts, which had ranged from first-degree murder to reckless endangerment. Another weapons-related charge had already been dismissed, in part because the prosecution…
